I'm Laurie Jerger Johnson, a certified coach and the founder of Anchor Line Coaching.

I came to this work through my own significant transition; an ending. I know firsthand that the in-between is both harder and richer than it looks from the outside — and that having the right support in that space makes all the difference. It’s never too late for a new beginning.

I work with leaders, founders, and people navigating major inflection points in work and life. I’m call myself a transitions coach — not a life coach, not a career coach, not a leadership coach, though all of that is also inside this work.

My approach warm and direct. My process works. I won't tell you what to do. I will help you access what you already know.

Before founding Anchor Line, I spent years as an executive leader in the voluntary health sector. I am a Hudson Institute Certified Coach and credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
