I'm Laurie Jerger Johnson, certified coach and the founder of Anchor Line Coaching.

I came to this work through my own significant transition. I know that the space in between the old life and the new is both harder and richer than it looks from the outside. I also know having the right support in that space makes all the difference.

My clients are executives, physicians, business owners, and people navigating major inflection points in work and life. They choose me because I specialize in transitions. I’m not a life coach, career coach, or leadership coach, though all of that can be inside this work. I am an executive transition coach.

My approach is warm and direct. My process works. I know it’s never too late for a new beginning.

Before founding Anchor Line, I served as President of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I am a Hudson Institute Certified Coach and I am credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
